Rookwood Vellum Vase by Edward T Hurley. Japonesque decoration of cherry blossoms over a graduating soft blue which travels from dark to light from top to bottom. Marked “V” for vellum, shape #2782, XXV for 1925, & artist initials ETH for Hurley. Measures 10” tall. Condition is excellent having no chips, no cracks, and no repairs; however, there is some sporadic crazing and two unexplainable grey scratches that appear much more prevalent in the images than in reality. No apologies to be made for this lovely Rookwood vase.
