Sarreguemines Digoin Arts & Crafts Charming Cup & Saucer, the design of which we attribute to Ludwig Hohlwein as it seems to be his aesthetic vocabulary. The particular Sarreguimines mark to base of cup and saucer date this gem to late 19th century. Condition is excellent and undamaged. Saucer measures 5 3/4” in diameter while the cup is 3” in diameter and excludes the handle protrusion. I am no cup and saucer dealer, but this one was just too good to resist.
